Yes. We visit, measure every opening and give you a firm quote with no obligation. Because we take the measurements ourselves, getting the fit right is our responsibility — not yours.

Coloured profiles cost a little more than white; the quote builder includes it as soon as you choose the colour.

Our plissé screens withstand wind up to 28 km/h. When it blows harder — a strong levante, for example — fold them open, as with any fly screen.

Yes. The tiger mosquito is small, but it cannot get through standard fly-screen mesh. What matters most is that the screen closes without gaps — which is why we measure every opening ourselves.

Production takes 2–3 working days after you accept the quote, in the standard colours (white, anthracite grey or brown). Other RAL colours take about 10 days longer.

Installation is usually done within 7 days of your order.

A plissé (pleated) fly screen is a mesh folded like an accordion that slides open and closed along a slim guide rail. There is no spring, so it doesn't snap back, and when it's open it folds into a narrow side profile.

Yes — our fly screens come with a 2-year warranty.

Our standard profile colours are white (RAL 9016), anthracite grey (RAL 7016) and brown (RAL 8016).

Any other RAL colour can be made to order, so the screen matches your window frames. It takes about 10 days longer to make.

Coloured profiles cost a little more than white; the calculator adds it when you choose the colour.

Use a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment on the mesh, and a damp cloth on the profiles.

The profiles are fixed inside or onto the opening with a few screws. We agree the fixing method with you during the free measurement.

Yes. Removing your old windows, installing the new ones and cleaning up afterwards are part of the job. Your detailed quote lists exactly what's included.

Both work well on the coast. PVC generally insulates better and needs very little maintenance. Aluminium with thermal break allows slimmer frames and larger panes, which suits big openings and a modern look.

At the free survey we look at your home, its orientation and your budget, and recommend the right option.

Solar control glass has a coating that reduces the heat coming in through the glass while still letting light through. On south- and west-facing windows in southern Spain it can make rooms noticeably more comfortable in summer. It can be combined with low-emissivity glass in the same double-glazed unit.

It depends on your town and your building. Changing the look of the facade — colour, material or how the window is divided — often needs approval from the community of owners, and some town halls require a notification or licence for this kind of work.

We'll advise you during the survey, but the final responsibility for permits lies with the owner.

Every window is different: size, opening type, glass and profile all change the price. After a free survey and measurement we send you a detailed written quote for each opening.

Yes. If you're replacing windows, we can measure for plissé fly screens in the same visit and install everything together.

No. Frameless glass curtains have small gaps between the panels, so they are not fully airtight or watertight. They shelter a terrace from wind, rain and dust and make it usable for more of the year, but they don't insulate like a window, and in heavy wind-driven rain some water can get in.

If you need a fully sealed room, windows are the better choice — we'll tell you honestly at the survey.

Very often, yes. Enclosing a terrace usually changes the look of the building, so the community of owners normally has to approve it, and some town halls also require a permit or notification.

We'll advise you on what is usually needed, but the final responsibility for permissions lies with the owner.

Yes. Glass curtains need a solid structure above them — a terrace roof, the balcony above or a pergola — and they are often combined with a pergola roof to create a fully covered space. Tell us what you have, or what you're planning, and we'll take it into account in the survey.

Frameless glass curtain systems use toughened safety glass. The exact glass type and thickness for your terrace are specified in your quote.

In most systems the panels slide to one side and swing open, so you can clean both sides of the glass from inside the terrace.
