What data we collect
Only the data you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, town, preferred way of contact, the details of your quote (product types, sizes, options, notes) and any photos of your openings you choose to send.
Our hosting provider also processes technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP addresses in server logs. When you send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person and not a bot; for this it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser characteristics. It does not use advertising cookies.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser). See "Cookies and storage in your browser" below.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare your quote, arrange the free measurement and contact you by the channel you prefer. We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on our forms (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Technical security logs are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we handle your request and, if you become a customer, for as long as the contract and our legal obligations (for example tax and accounting rules) require. Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 2 years.
Who receives it
We do not sell your data. It is processed by these service providers on our behalf:
Email delivery of forms (sends us the quotes and messages you submit): Resend (email delivery of form submissions)
Website hosting and form spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages)
Visitor statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)
If you choose to send your quote on WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own privacy policy. We will only share data with authorities when the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability and withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected], indicating the right you want to exercise.
If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add new services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
